Responsibilities:
1.Managing office administration tasks like stationary, copies, and scans, as well as handling reception communication (phone calls, emails)
2.Handling incoming and outgoing mail
3.Greeting and guiding visitors
4.Keeping the reception area clean and organized
5.Efficiently communicating with stakeholders and service providers
6.Safeguarding confidential documents and maintaining filing systems
7.Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and sending invitations
8.Organizing travel, visas, and accommodation for employees and guests
9.Administering benefits like provident fund and medical insurance
10.Updating databases and assisting with company events
Requirements:
1.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
2.Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
3.Strong command of English
4.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
5.Professional appearance, trustworthiness, and punctuality
6.Superb written and verbal communication
7.Interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and grow with the company
8.Active, flexible, and adaptable personality
